Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free on all jewellery orders over $30 (exclusive of shipping costs)!!!!!
Your orders will be sent via courier throughout New Zealand and by airmail for international orders.
All items will arrive in boxes, or organza bags, bubblewrapped, and placed in an envelope.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way I offer a "no questions asked" guarantee on all returned items (excluding postage costs), as long as they are returned within 7 days of receipt and are unworn and in original condition (sorry but I cannot accept return of earrings for hygiene reasons). Please contact me in advance if you are planning to return an item. Thankyou
Should your item arrive damaged in any way please email me to arrange a resolution to the matter whether it be repair/exchange or full refund.
